If you've bought a voucher for our site from Living Social or Groupon, this section is for you! We've had some questions and sometimes customers get stuck out of hours so we've created a FAQ which might help:
I have 3 vouchers but the website is only letting enter one?
Our system is set-up to allow one voucher code per order. In addition, the T&C of the offer state 'One per person, others as gifts'. This means that any other vouchers should be gifted to someone else to use on our site so that they get the enjoyment of choosing what they would like to buy. We do not accept more than one voucher per person even if the order is placed over the phone. We will refund any orders found to have been placed by the same person, so please don't try as we really don't like doing this. If you do not wish to gift your additional vouchers, both Groupon and Living Social have asked us to point you to them for a refund.
Where do I enter my code?
At the checkout, under the total 'Discount code'. You can then click apply and see the total reduce. If you get an error message do check you haven't missed off a digit.
My code isn't being accepted?
It might be that the code has already been used (these are single use codes), or has expired. Please check your email where the code is shown. If it still isn't being accepted, do get in touch and we'll check the system for you.
I'd like to spend less than the face value of the voucher but paypal won't accept it.
Paypal do not allow orders to be processed where it is only for postage. Googlecheckout will. However, if you prefer you can call us and we take take payment over the phone (often the quickest route!).
