Kitchen Herb Garden Starter Selection
Order now for March/April delivery
A practical, easy to manage selection of kitchen herbs. All are selected with a culinary bias because the more you get used to handling them, the quicker you'll learn. There are only a few rules about how to plant them and it is about separating certain plants because they inter mingle and may loose their individuality over time.
Keep Dill and Fennel apart or they intermarry and form fendill...
Keep varieties of mints apart as over the years they might cross-pollinate and their flavours become less unique. Also mint spreads so is often better in a pot.
This selection includes (all in 9cm pots or multi sown trays) 16 plants/sets of plugs from the following varieties:
Parsley, Chives and Garlic Chives, Coriander, Majoram, Sage, Rosemary,Thyme, Mint, Tarragon, Sorrel, Fennel, Lavender, Sweet Basil/Red Basil/Thai Basil/Lemon Basil, Dill, Chervil, Celery Leaf, Rocket.
